  Can anyone recommend a cake maker for June 2016, we are after the below cake which will include the top two tiers as they are, 24 cupcakes decorated similarly to the ones below (we will be using our own teacups and saucers to place them in) And a bottom tier of either fruitcake or sponge around 14" wide.
