  I use Morgan leak detection 817-987-8799. When we had winter snow storm, they were the only one who rescued me. I am not sure it they are cheap, but get free estimate to see. All of my friends like them because they are honest and this owner is hard working man. He has 13 kids.

  We thought we had one too (in a rent house) and in fact one plumber told us we did. Got a second opinion from Cliff Morgan at Morgan Leak Detection and he nailed the problem - a drain pipe leaking in the wall. We would call him again. 817-987-8799. Good luck!
