When we left for a 3 week vacation never got sick. Worst, we all got sick because of it all the time. I am talking about severe constant respiratory virus, harsh stomach flue's with painful dry heaving and constant colds. I ended up in the ER with such a severe stomach flue that my kidneys were hurting. After my child came home for the 5th time vomiting all over a 2nd brand new car seat I was done. I know I should of quit a while back but I was told this is normal in childcare. All children get sick. Well not according to my friends whom are mothers and as well take their kids to other daycare.Every time I dropped of my child I could see there rest of the children where never clean, never wore socks or their snot was not being wiped off. The germs were being spread. They will tell you how clean they are, how they wash hands all the time but that is absolutely not true. Couple of times I dropped in early or announced and the children where in their diapers, no socks, and it was freezing to me in there even with my clothes on. So many many sad times I would see kids with dry snot all over their faces and the two care takers either not giving a poop or just pretending it wasn't there. I've picked up my child with poop rashes, snot everywhere, scratches from other children. And every time I mentioned anything they promised it would change, said it was wrong and how sorry they were. But nothing every changed. I couldn't do it anymore. 2nd major issue. The new Nixa location doesn't look anything like the first one in Republic and has not changed since it opened up. It's like a prison for the babies section. No windows, no carpet and once again they keep it very cold there and don't use the heat in the winter. When you walk in you will see there's hardly any toys and if they are any they are all used and boring. At one point a state inspector was there and all these new things showed up for the empty rooms. Next day they where all gone. So sad how people can get away with this. Then the employees never stick around and it's just a bunch of young girls whom have no clue on what's going on constantly coming in and out. Watch out for the late afternoon shift with these young girls because that is when there is no authorities watching over them and they basically let the kids sit in poop until the parents come. You will never see the same person there for more then 2/m. One older lady has stuck around whom is now the director but she is so overwhelmed and since she has taken over the sickness has gotten worse. I posted a review on CR regarding these issues and I had 2 former employees email me back advising me that behind the scenes it's much worse. One explained that they don't do any activities at all. They just let the babies sit all day long and once in a great blue moon they might read a book for picture purpose to send to the parents. I repeatedly asked why my child's shoes, sunhat and sunscreen wasn't getting used and they would just tell me they didn't go outside on that day. But not ONCE did I receive in the six months there one picture of my child being outside. I also believe they don't feed organic food either as they advise. Ours is nothing but organic and they were supposed to feed it to my child instead of theirs. But my child had constant diarrhea when there after eating which lead me to believe that they fed my child their food for some odd reason. I've caught them messaging me that my child ate all her sweet potato and ext. and then when I cleaned out her cooler the stuff was all still there. I was supposed to get constant update pictures everyday of what my child was doing. I got that for the first month and then it stopped. All i got was blurry pictures that looked horrible with my child basically just sitting there. They do nothing but fake activities that are not challenging or educating. The owner will tell you exactly what you wanna hear and everything will happen for a while but then once you have been there it all stops. For these problems and money you have to pay for those fake promises this place is not worth it. Basically I think the owners are consumed with money issues because they are opening these locations with no intend of giving you what the first one looks like (Republic). They just use that as a front advertisement. They have five kids with one on the way and I think with them its all about the money. They'll tell you how they were on the news. That's only because they used that as a commercial kind of basis. They will tell you how they are being asked for advise on to run childcare centers but it's all just a gimmick. It's just sad and I hate how people take advantage of children and their worried parents. Maybe they cared once ego but now it's just a hunting came for them to bring you in. I strongly advise to stay away.

  I hope this is allowed.... I'm thinking about going back to work in the next two months. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for daycares around the nixa area. Or places I should stay clear of? I have a two year old that is already potty trained. She's never had to go to a daycare so I want somewhere she is comfortable.
