About us
Dear friends, let me introduce you to Cornerstone Home Inspections and Improvements, providing in-depth Home Inspections and Home Improvements throughout the Kansas City area for home buyers, sellers and home owners.
As a homebuyer's representative, I will help you to understand the physical aspects of the home you are purchasing, so that you can make a well-informed decision when purchasing a home.
For the seller, I can provide an objective opinion on safety issues and problems you may not be aware of that will save you time during the selling process.
For the homeowner, I can provide inspections for routine maintenance, suggestions for improvements, and corrections of safety hazards.
Trained as a carpenter since Junior High school, I have also built countless custom decks, and helped hundreds of people with home maintenance, handyman projects, furniture assembly, and "Honey-do" lists. I can help you with most of your home repair needs.
I am certified in all four building trades and complete continuing education credits to maintain those certifications, so you can be confident that I am qualified to inspect your entire house.
