By purchasing you accept and have read the Terms and conditions of sale.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Accepted. Cancellations accepted within 48 hours.
Exemptions:
Due to the nature of the craft business, deposits are non –refundable. Cancellations are not accepted outside 48 hours. Items that are personalised, customised or tailored to a customers specification are non-refundable, this would include the following: Personalised photos Names Dates Images Specific related items to the consumer size
Your rights as a buyer:
In the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with your order - all items must be returned unworn, in a resalable and same condition with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. You are required by law to notify the seller of a return within 14 working days of receiving the item. All items must be returned within 14 days from the date of informing the seller. Buyer is required to pay returns postage.
Returning Faulty Goods:
If the goods are faulty then the seller must be informed immediately as the item may have been damaged in transit. Where possible the seller may be able to source an exchange for you, If not the seller will issue you with a full refund. Please keep any receipts for your postal charges. Shipping is paid for by the seller in regards to faulty goods. Please provide photographs where applicable.
Payment method:
PayPal & Direct Debit accepted. Instalments are accepted for goods of a value of £50.00 or more. An invoice will be issued to an email address of your preference. £50 is required as the first payment, this will be your deposit. After the initial payment, you as the consumer can choose the amount you wish to pay until payment is received in full. If no payment is received within a 2 month period then we will cancel your order and return any money paid except for the deposit of £50.00. ... show more Once payment in full is received your item will be dispatched.
Postage and shipping:
Please ensure your address is up to date. Items will not be shipped to an alternative address that is not present or confirmed on current invoices. Third party courier’s and Royal Mail will be used to ship your goods with the value equivalent to Second class mail. If you request a quicker dispatch time then please inform us and we will discuss postal prices for First class.
International shipping:
For international shipping Royal Mail international will be used. For buyers outside the UK you are required upon payment to provide additional information for the courier including contact number and State if based in the USA. If lost in transit we will initiate a claim with the courier. The seller is not responsible for delays or custom tax charges
