  Hi Everyone, My aunt went into a nursing home and I now have to get her house ready for eventual sale. Can anyone recommend a good, insured and bonded person(s) who charge a reasonable price to do the following: -Pressure wash 2 story house and concrete porch -Clean out gutters -Raise/repair foundation (2 large cracks in cement blocks at back of house -Lay linoleum in master bathroom Would appreciate any responses.
