  Recommendations needed We are in need of ...I'm not really sure. Maybe a structural engineer? Someone who specializes in guttering and run off? Hoping not a foundation company. We are having issues with brick separation on the outside of our house. We've been told by 2 contractors (cannot remember who now) that the it's due to improper runoff and if fixed properly, won't need foundation work. Anyone have experience with this or recommendations for an expert? Thanks!
