  Thanks for all the suggestions. I called Mcphail and Belmont appliance and left messages. Ended up with Mark from Mass Appliance and he replaced the belt quickly and diagnosed over phone. Would recommend again! (978) 423-9872. He is actually based in NH but comes this far south!
