  Accurate Termite & Pest Control is the only way to go. I have been using them for years. We moved about a year ago and the new home had a horrible rat and mouse problem. They fixed it immediately and all included in their bi-monthly pest control services. I did pay them extra to remove about 3 huge trash bags full of insulation in the attic of our Casita as it was not good (urine, feces, etc.) You will most likely have Gilbert if you are in San Clemente.
