  Monkey Militia in Strand has a lovely class called Bully proofing for kids. For the adults he has MMA/ Self defense classes. HIs number is 082 308 8655

  i will give Monkey Militia a call too thank you Eloise Joseph. my son is ADHD and wasn't very welcome at the school's karate classes. very understandable but was told via aftercare he cannot go anymore, didn't even bother talking to me personally about it.
