  I am going to bid out he HVAC replacement on my 3 BR/ 2 BA condo. I have Nelsons on board but I need to get some other replacement quotes at this stage. Looking for recommendations from anyone who has EXPERIENCE getting quotes for HVAC replacements in the area and can provide me with their experiences with vendors so I can choose those with lower prices and great service, or anyone who has had bad service so I don't bother. Please do not comment with your friends' companies. I'm looking for direct experience only. Thanks!
