After working in the financial industry for a number of years, I decided I needed a change. I gave birth to my daughter in April 2011 and the thought of going back to an office did not appeal to me anymore. That being said, I stayed home with my daughter for two years, until it was time to get back to work. My own dog walker was the one that suggested I give dog walking a shot. I had depended on her GREATLY for over two years, especially when I was pregnant. I would've been lost without her help with my dogs!! Finally, I decided in August of 2012 to give this new and unknown career change a shot. My first dog belonged to my friend Kellie Tickell, his name was Thomas and he was my buddy. Unfortunately, he has since taken up a new address in Florida with his family (lucky dog), but he will always be the dog that helped me gain the confidence to move forward with Pups To Pavement. Now, almost a year later, I have a group of dogs that I LOVE. It's hard work (much harder than I had anticipated, really), but it has certainly been well worth it. I love this job and I'm so happy that I had friends and family to support this...challenge. My success has been the ability to spend a lot of time with my daughter, while still being able to work. Plus, who doesn't want to work with dogs all day???
Does anyone know of a good dog walker that services the Neck?

I highly recommend Pups To Pavement - Dog Walking/Tonya Foster. Sydney is a finicky pup and Tonya is GREAT with her. My schedule is nuts and she's always able to accommodate us.
