  Another advise question. We will be remodeling our laundry room which will entail disconnecting and moving washer and dryer out of the way, then putting back in place, connecting and balancing, also need some advice on remodel design so that maintenance can be done in future. Looking for suggestions on local expertise who would provide the advise and the labour to do the work. Thanks in advance.

  I would be more than happy and give you advice on the remodeling part. I have done many remodeling projects and do all the work with the exception of electrical and plumbing if needed. I would be capable of doing that as well however I respect these licensed trades and their associations' regulations. It's all about safety and doing the job as it should be done.
