  http://www.seecjobs.org if you go during the office hours it says they will help pair you up and might give advice. Don't know what a good rate is but we paid two guys $35 each for two hours of basement clean up and they seemed happy with that, especially when it only took an hour. We didn't go during office hours and the car was mobbed, three guys jumped in back of car but got out when wife picked two others. Keep doors locked, and if you drive into parking lot there may be a coordinator in vest that could help. Supposedly there is supposed to be a sign in sheet to assign general labor to the first workers to show up.

  I received one recommendation because I needed help as well, but then we did something else, but here is the guy that is good at Gardening. Gabriel Bello at 571-235-1303.
