About Pete:
Pete has tuned thousands of pianos over the last 20 years and is certified by the Minnesota School of Piano Technology. His father was a technician for over 30 years, and a Registered Piano Technician of the Piano Technician's Guild. Pete has fully restored two upright grand pianos from the early 1900's, both cabinet wood and interior mechanical inner workings. He has completed many concert level tunings, including tunings for the Mable Tainter Memorial Theater, the UW Eau Claire Theater, and other performance art venues. Pete enjoys tuning pianos and the sound of a perfectly fined tuned piano to A440 standard pitch, whether it be a standard upright, or a concert grand piano.
