  I've been going to Ah-chi for 14 years. He has done my whole upper body and he is not as expensive or arrogant as Night Action (no offence, but I cannot stand that guy).   Jules, I hate to say it, but that line work is blown out. Can you see the way the ink goes beyond the line itself? Those are called blow outs. It means that the artist took too long going over that spot and ink has bled into the surrounding skin. If it helps anybody, I have been going to my artist for 12 years.
