They found a guy to fix my grandmother's antique platinum and diamond watch. My mother and I had been trying for 50 years! No one was able to fix it. It took him another year to research and track down used parts, since the manufacturer was no longer in business, but it's fixed and works great. I wish my mother was alive to see my daughter wear it!
