She is the sweetest dog, and would never give anyone a hard time, even when getting groomed. After bringing her back home from Gigi's pet grooming, I’ve noticed small chunks of skin missing on her belly. Sally, my dog’s groomer, had nicked the skin off my dog. Now, I completely understand that a scratch here and there can happen when working with animals. But taking a chunk off, and not mention anything? When my mom called the place about this, Sally’s response was extremely indifferent and unapologetic, saying how she did not notice any problems. Out of frustration, I even texted Sally the picture of my dog’s injuries, but did not receive a response. It’s extremely hard to believe that she had no idea that she had done this; even the gentlest dogs respond to pain. It breaks my heart that my dog had to go through this. If you care for your dog, take your business elsewhere.

  Sorry, I didn't state that very well. They have an open area and you can see through to where they are doing the grooming. As a matter of fact, Gigi is right there at the window where she grooms and then there are others behind her but you can see them too. 817-326-3819 is Gigi's Pet Grooming.
