Framing, roof, cement, floor, windows, doors, electric etc. May or may not need drywall. Person must be liscenced, not a handyman, I have a great one of those! They also must be willing to return phone calls and emails, like a PROFESSIONAL. If you know a professional builder who you trust with your own home please recommend. Thanks a bunch!!!
