  Chris K. wrote: I first called Adriane H. with Dust Bunny Diva on 5/15/17 about a quote and availability for a deep clean on our house which was just painted and had the wood floors refinished, prior to putting it on the market for sale. Adriane went to the house on 5/18/17 to view and quote the project, I accepted her $400 quote and she said her first available day to do the deep clean was 5/23/17, which I accepted and asked her to book. She called 5/19/17 asking if she could go get started on the project on 5/21 and complete it on 5/23 which I agreed with. From there I have never heard from her again. She didn't show up on 5/21, she didn't show up on 5/23 and as of today (5/24) she has not returned multiple texts and voicemails requesting an update on her scheduling of this deep clean. She just totally flaked on us and we have already paid deposits for a professional photographer to take listing pictures and for food for an agent open house, both scheduled for tomorrow (5/25). Had she cleaned the house when scheduled on 5/23 all would be fine. But Adriane totally flaked on us and has left us in a terrible bind to find another cleaning company to clean the house in the next 24 hours, which is literally impossible. Do not call or work with this woman or company if you have any kind of deadline whatsoever for your house to be cleaned. She has proven that she can and will leave you hanging. Awful experience and I'm sorry I ever called Dust Bunny Diva.
