  http://www.colehayes.co.uk/ not cheap, but exclusive use four 4 days in September is costing us the same as some venues wanted for one day in August without catering. It sleeps 72 so we're charging guests a small amount to stay over (as they'd have had to get a B&B anyway) and recouping some of the costs.
