Match Events is based in the Fraser Valley, catering to brides in Greater Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Owned and operated by Katy Vaydo, Katy has spent nearly a decade coordinating weddings and special events in the Fraser Valley with great success.
First and foremost I am a natural born organizer and an organizer who believes that form is just as important as function. Your wedding needs to be beautiful as well as run on schedule. I excel in understanding the big picture, the idea in the back of your mind of what your wedding will look and feel like and undertake all the little-unrealized steps to achieve that goal. No detail is too small and no moment unimportant in creating the unique day every bride imagines. – Katy
At Match Events we specialize in Day-Of Wedding Coordination. We begin working with the happy couple a month before the big event, so we can fully understand their vision for the day. We know you have spent hundreds of hours pinning, planning and DIY’ing for the perfect day and we do our best to ensure that your dreams are realized. This is your day to be pampered by your friends and family as you prepare to take the next step in building your life together, not running around organizing favours and arranging seating charts. We keep the day on schedule, tasks in hand and the stress to a minimum.
Go beyond the wedding; get help planning anything important to you. Stags and Stagettes, Bridal and Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Fundraisers, no function is too small or too big.
