  Recommendations on pet groomers? We have a nice Lhasa Apso and a terrier mutt mix. I prefer to not pay over 40 for the Lhasa and not over 30 for the terrier. Most places charge $54 for the Lhasa. PetSmart, petite pooch and mobile grooming charges too much. OR does anyone do grooming out of their home and negotiate price?
