  Kijiji cell phone dealers - any experiences? I'm in the market for a new phone, and as part of my search, I did a quick look on Kijiji to see what was out there. Came across a few dealers offering up phones at pretty good prices, but can't find a lot of info about them outside of that. One is a Bell dealer in Pacific Place mall (pretty sure it's called Times Telecom), and the other is Hightain Electronics. There are some rather mixed reviews about Hightain, but most of them have to do with cell phone repair, and not about new phone sales. The prices they offer aren't quite low enough to set off my "too good to be true" alarm, but they're pretty good prices. Good enough that I wonder if maybe these aren't truly brand new phones? Curious as to whether or not anyone has any experiences with these or any similar stores? If not, any recommendations for places that offer up phones at good prices (I'm looking for unlocked phones to buy outright).
