  Reminder/notes to teams: We will be printing one 5x7 print of each family/subject. Please limit yourself to 15 mins per family. I need the images color corrected/lightly edited and returned to me within one week so I can deliver prints before Christmas. If you can not do this, please let us know so we can ask other photographers for their assistance. Last year we also supplied a disc with the favorite printed image along with more digital files with print releases and I would like to do that again this year. Please provide me with 5-15 images per family/subject and size your images to 8x12 (this is super important!!!). If anyone would like to help with submitting of print orders or burning of discs, please let me know! This was a very long process last year and I would super appreciate any assistance! If possible, I would like a group picture of each team (we could take this at the beginning of the day before we start shooting?). I would VERY MUCH like documentation of the event (PJ/candid images). Natural lighting photographers please consider doing this as you are paired up with someone and should be able to get some images while they are shooting families. Also, if you are able get photos of our studio photographers, we will have one set up at each event/location. Make up artist, you too please, camera phone photos are welcome/approved! :) Make up artists, please bring any make up you have and are comfortable using. We should have applicators and cleaning products to keep everything sanitary! Everyone think happy thoughts for beautiful weather... I look forward to seeing you all there!
