  I've tried all the shipping companies and settled on Channel Island lines on price and convenience, ie they go to Southampton Docks which is very close to me, but it's personal choice at the end of the day. To register in the UK, you need a UK address, pay the vat & handling charge on the import, get an MoT, and buy a minimum of 6 months tax for the car (and to get the tax you need it to be insured at the same address) Drop me a line of you need help navigating the minefield :-) https://www.facebook.com/yakyakclassics?fref=ts
