  Dr Cantrell's office is located in the Moreno Valley Mall. My kids, family went there for yrs. Amazing Dr, took all my kids & hubby's teeth out when needed. I hope this is the right # 1-951-697-6800 Dr Cantrell Dental Associates of Moreno Valley I just don't know what insurance they take now.
