  The name of the shoe repair shop on 67 th & Penn is Ralph's Shoe Service. It was one of the original shops at Southdale, I believe, but had to move recently because Southdale had other plans for the space. It's on many lists of best shoe repair. www.ralphs-shoeservice.com
