John L. wrote: I purchase a new GMC truck from Bill Cramer in November 2019. I had negotiated an out the door price to include Tax,Tag,and Title. When I went to register the vehicle at the DMV there was still $939 tax that had not been paid by Bill Cramer as per our agreement. After contacting them they refused to honor their agreement. I tried to talk to the General manager and he would not return my call (A true Professional) not. So a friendly warning. BUYER BEWARE NOT THE MOST HONEST PEOPLE !!Was this review helpful to you? -

Have a 2010 New Beetle with 69k miles, recent oil change. I am the second owner, clean car fax. I have had this vehicle for 4 months and now have a need for something larger. The Blue Book is between 10k and showing trade-in of around 8k and the total owed is roughly 18K. I'm looking to trade for something around the same value so that my payments don't do a dramatic increase. Credit score 600 so not great, but not bad either. I have been calling around, just trying to see if I may have missed something. I will have a tag to transfer, and my trade is my down payment.
