  TREE HELP. We have a tree that may be in our easement. It is dead and a neighbor wants it removed. Can I have some information please? If it's in the easement and dead, will the village remove it? For free? If we have to pay for removal, do you know anyone who will remove it...cheap? My husband and I are retired seniors. The tree is tall, but not large in circumference.
