  I had an MRI done last week to see if I've retethered and MRI shows that I have. :( I had my tc release in aug. 2011 n since then I have not been able to walk n I probably never will. I was walking before surgery and now I don't know what to do. Does anyone know of a neurosurgeon that deals with tc in Texas? Last neurosurgeon was in Houston and I live in San Antonio. I'm not sure if I would go back to that dr. Again.

  Cooks is really good at References, and I know they turn patients over to new dr when they reach 18. It wouldn't hurt to call, and ask the neurosurgeon dept for a reference for an adult neurosurgeon that works with TC. There phone number is 682-885-2500. Best of luck!!!
