  There's Tiger Lily in the Port Jeff village, if you're really masochistic enough to go all the way to PJV. There's also Crazy Beans in I think Miller Place or Mt. Sinai on 25, it's coffee and microbrews in one spot. I haven't been there myself but I've known of it for a while.
