  I live in Australia but love and miss my hometown. I'm in the process of creating some framed pictures of Gourock like the ones I already have of Greenock. Does anyone have any idea where I can get a set of 8 or so old (or even new) black and white pictures of recognisable Gourock landscapes or icons like the Bay Hotel? Thanks.

  There's a little book of lovely old photos that you might like - Old Gourock by Graham Twaddle (Stenlake Publishing). There's a lovely one of the Piehead and Bay Hotel in the 50 s. The website is www.stenlake.co.uk .
