  Stefan P. wrote: Complete cowboy. He painted the external walls of the flat upstairs from ours and left the building looking a complete mess. The paint is the wrong colour, the wrong type, and the the finish is appalling. It’s a listed building and now the Council are getting having to take enforcement action.
