Interior designers combine problem solving skills and artistic vision to create environments that are safe, functional, sustainable, creative, aesthetically pleasing and enhance the human experience.
The CCBC Interior Design degree program prepares students to apply their technical training and study of design fundamentals and concepts for positions in both residential and commercial specialties including interior design firms, architectural firms, corporate and facility planning, the materials, textiles, furniture and furnishing’s industries, to-the-trade and retail sales and services, interior design product design and manufacturing, and many other positions in the applied interior design and arts related industries.
