  I use Berghoff picture framing for my giclees. 13972 W Hillsborough Ave, Tampa, Florida 33635 (813) 854-2532. His name is Phil. Great quality and he always does a great job working with me. I usually get the 16 x 20 size on archival paper and he charges $20. Of course that with the extra 2 inch border. $50 for 16 x 20 canvas. Also very fast turn around. If Phil already has my files I get them the same day I order.
