  There WAS a second Palermo restaurant, but it was in Montrose Village (up by the Glendale freeway and the 210 freeway junction). Besides the Vermont Ave restaurant, I used to go to the Montrose restaurant occasionally. It closed down about 10 years ago. http://www.placefacts.net/restaurants.php?id=203506
