  Harbour Club Day Spa in Lumina Station near Wrightsville Beach / Mayfaire area does a great job. Not sure if they are comparably priced. I haven't gone there myself, only given a few gift cards to loves ones who reported having a great and professional experience there. 1904 Eastwood Rd #101, Wilmington, NC (910) 256-5020
