A return & refund is only permitted if there is a fault with the item received, all items are checked before sending to the customer.
We are able to measure all items to ensure it will fit your little one upon arrival.
If measurements are not requested & the item does not fit then we can't accept a return on the item purchased. We recommend requesting measurements before any purchase by the customer. Most Spanish sizes are a little smaller than uk sizes.
It is down to the customer to ask for measurements on any items you maybe interested in.
