  welcome. I think the website is spaypasco.com but with the application you have to send a money order, once you do that they send you a certificate with a list of places to get it done, you just take the certificate and they'll do it.

  Spay Pasco is good. If you receive any government assistance, such as food stamps, you automatically qualify. Otherwise, they base it on your income but it's 10 dollars per cat with that.

  spay pasco doesn't require you to drive to san antonio. It's an application that you send in the mail. they send you the certificate back in the mail and there are local places that honor the certificate that you receive, quite a few actually
