  Vimala's is an example of business done right, with social responsibility at the core of all she does. Her people are paid a living wage. Her staff is diverse. She is heavily involved in social justice in her community and the world at large. EVERYONE eats, regardless of ability to pay and she makes the most delicious Indian food I have ever tasted. She is amazingly generous. Her restaurant is not a night club/bar, but it is a great place to hang out and you will feel welcome and no one will treat you like a second-class citizen.
