    I am so freaking overdue for a deep tissue massage – well probably osteo treatment - my neck and shoulders are giving me serious nerve pain with warmth and the feeling of tingling - and my hips and knees are forever making grinding a clunking sounds and are quite sore !!! Does anyone's know anyone ? please someone who is not just a relaxation massage therapist , I want to try to fix the issues :)
