WHen i arrived to collect keys i was told that the property was no longer available...... (DESPITE MY BOOKING BEING CONFIRMED IN WRITING) I explained that me and my family are relying on this acommodation.... THE OWNER OF THE REAL ESTATE MR Malcolm Catchpole replied to me " Just F_ _ K off, I couldnt care if you have to sleep on the beach" SCHOOLIES , DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY ...... I have done some reasearch and it seems that this company 'SURFERS INTERNATIONAL REALTY' regulary double book apartments, leaving guests nowhere to stay and obviously ruining many person holidays......Was this review helpful to you?
