  Hi folks, two requests: 1) can anyone recommend a reputable local plumber and 2) does anyone have any experience with so called "combination units", which combine the functions of a boiler (for supplying hot water baseboard heat) and a hot water heater (for supplying hot water to sinks, showers, dishwashers, etc.) into one unit? We've also heard them referred to as "on demand" or "tankless", and we're trying to figure out if it's a viable alternative to replacing the two separate units we currently have that are on their last legs.
