  Not quite sure if a place like this exists but looking for a holistic vet. One that will take the natural approach first but is still open to medicine if need be. We recently put our lab down due to Lyme disease. After a couple weeks of medication his health was drastically declining. We made the decision to cut all meds and treat him ourselves with green juice smoothies. His health took a 180 and his quality of life improved by 2 weeks. Who knows what would have happened if we did that from the start. I'm looking for a vet that will take a similar approach before choosing medicine for our new puppy and his 9 week appt. TIA
