  Victor Gallery on Queen West http://victorgallery.ca. If you have a car, The Framing Depot in Scarborough is even cheaper.

  I don't think there is such a thing as a decently priced framing store. Just spent over $300 to get two things framed with fairly basic frames at off the wall on queen. Victor gallery on queen has all kinds of sized frames. Maybe worth a shot.

  I just got a big frame for the nursery from victor gallery on queen. Also michaels is great for standard sizes and there r always coupons online
