  Penetrating Damp is down to water ingress so a roofer will be your best bet. Chimney, flashing valleys etc may need re-placing. Also could be something as simple as blocked or poorly fitted guttering overflowing/leaking down the wall. Gary - Abbey Roofing 0121 429 7144
