My neighbor, a Florida resident, passed away last month without a spouse. His son lives out of state, is the executor of the estate, and believes he needs a Florida probate attorney. I don't know...
Hi, we did a lot of research, asked numerous questions prior to hiring an attorney here in The Villages. We use Eric Millhorn .352 753 9333 - we give him a 5 star rating. He suggested that when we both die, our son who is our executor, could either do the initial paper work himself, which would take a couple of days, or they could do it in a couple of hours. Since we do not know where our son will be living when we die, we have directed our son to let Eric do this. Our son would do this, but why put him through the hassle of it all. The rest of his responsibilities he will follow through on. Hope this helps you. Long days and pleasant nights. Susan
Can anyone recommend a good attorney to draw up our trust? Not sure who to use.

Eric c. Millhorn 352-753-9333 is excellent. We used him 9 years ago when we moved here, just went to review and found that there are some new Florida Laws that make it important to make some changes.
Looking for an attorney to do our wills. New to FL. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance.

Eric C. Millhorn, Attorney at Law 352-753-9333. The best, used since we moved here 9 years ago. Also handles Vets needs. We just redid our wills since there were new laws enacted in Florida
