  I'm looking for someone to vinyl and carpet my wee one bedroom flat. It's old floorboards that need done up with underlay and then carpets and im yet to choose what carpets I want. If anyone knows someone who could do it for a decent price let me know. J and m carpets are quoting over 400 quid which isn't affordable for me as I only work part time and live alone.
