Long shot, I know but does anyone in the UK know any labs (or Vets) that test bloods for Vitamin D3 levels please? I think the test is often used for reptiles too. My Vet is struggling to find anywhere. Thanks. Karen.

I am thinking to get Frankie tested. I found this on the Mercola.com website. "Autoimmune diseases - Vitamin D is a potent immune modulator, making it very important for the prevention of autoimmune diseases, like multiple sclerosis and inflammatory bowel disease" It was also suggested on the (human) LDN Research Trust - Low Dose Naltrexone FB Group for MS patients but our Vet said it can be very dangerous to give Vitamin D without testing first. A friend of one of our FB friends who is a Vet nurse kindly sent me a link to a lab in Cheshire if anyone else is interested http://www.palsvetlab.co.uk/ It looks like it may be a urine test and costs £57. Think I may get myself tested too
